Our primary task as construction managers and inspectors is to represent the interests of the owner throughout all phases of the project by providing organization, project planning, scheduling, coordination and supervisory roles. We have a thorough understanding of construction practices, testing protocols and management.


Our inspectors take responsibility for the successful completion of all activities related to the construction of the assigned projects. We participate in the formulation of construction policies as well as direct the documentation and implementation through the construction phases of the projects. Mercado Consultants takes part in the overall administration, technical direction, coordination and direct line responsibilities of both in-the-field construction and home office activities.

Our Management staff is comprised of experienced and well trained engineers, field inspectors and technicians who take pride in offering the best construction management practices available.
