Since incorporation in the State of Maryland in 1989, Mercado Consultants, Inc. (MCI) has provided many state and local agencies with our extensive experience in the planning and design of bridge and roadway projects.
Over the past 29 years, we have developed a reputation for performing cost-effective, quality services that meet our clients’ budgets and time schedules. Our comprehensive services have grown to include civil and structural engineering, surveying, geographic information systems, bridge inspection, construction management, environmental resources and water and sewer design services.
We have worked on contracts for a variety of agencies including: MSHA, MDTA, MTA, WSSC, MWAA, WMATA, DDOT and various Maryland county and city governments.
