Environmental and MS4

Services we provide include:

• MS4 Program Development & TMDL Compliance – Preparation and support for MS4 permit requirements, TMDL tracking, pollutant load calculations, and regulatory coordination.
• Stream Restoration and Outfall Stabilization Design – Outfall and stream restoration design following Protocols 1 and 5 for MS4 credits.
• Natural Resource Inventory – Wetland delineations, Waters of the U.S. delineations, Rare, Threatened, and Endangered (RTE) investigations, Northern Long Eared Bat investigations, tree identification and tagging, forest stand delineation, and GIS data collection.
• Stormwater Management (SWM) BMP Design – Planning and design of structural and non-structural Best Management Practices (BMPs) including bioretention, permeable pavement, detention/retention facilities, and other low-impact development strategies to meet water quality, quantity, and channel protection requirements.
• Environmental Permitting & Regulatory Coordination – Federal, state and local permitting including wetlands, Waters of the U.S., and environmental assessments for NEPA permits.
• Forest Conservation Planning & Compliance – Preparation of Forest Stand Delineations (FSDs) and Forest Conservation Plans (FCPs) in accordance with local and state Forest Conservation Acts, including afforestation/reforestation strategies, mitigation design, and coordination with permitting agencies.
• Survey – Bathymetric survey for stormwater management ponds and topographic surveys in highly vegetated areas.
• Environmental Inspection & Monitoring – Water quality sample collection and testing for NPDES requirements.
