Mercado Consultants’ possesses a full service surveying department specializing in all aspects of transportation and infrastructure surveying and mapping.

We are fully staffed with licensed surveyors, 6 certified survey technicians and 7 field crews with extensive experience working in the heavily traveled highway and rail corridors within the Washington and Baltimore Regions. All of our vehicles are equipped for limited access highway work and our staff is trained for Amtrak, CSX, and Metro right-of-way access.
